What we keep,
and what we don't.

Short version: if you give us your email address, we keep it so we can send you the things you asked for. That's the whole of it. We don't sell it, we don't trade it, and you can have it deleted by asking.

Who's responsible

BornX2 is run by Mireia Valldecabres. For anything on this page, write to hi@bornx2.com and a person will answer.

What we collect

  • Your email address, when you unlock the Library or join a waitlist. Nothing else — no name, no address, no phone.
  • Anonymous traffic statistics through Vercel Web Analytics: which pages get visited, roughly from where, on what kind of device. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, and nothing that identifies you personally.

Why we're allowed to

Your consent, given the moment you type your address into a form that says what it's for. You can withdraw it at any time, and doing so doesn't undo anything that already happened.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the thing work: our hosting and storage (Vercel, in the EU and US), and our email provider, who sends what you signed up for. If you buy the pack, the payment is handled by our payment provider, who is the seller of record — they take the card details, we never see them.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to stop, or until an address has bounced for long enough that it's clearly dead.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to hi@bornx2.comand we'll do it, normally within a few days and always within a month. Every email we send also carries a one-click unsubscribe. If you think we've handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).

Affiliate links

Some links in The Kit are Amazon affiliate links. If you buy through one, we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It never changes what makes the list. Amazon sets its own cookies when you land there — their privacy policy applies from that point on.
